Onboard
When you decide to partner with Blue Lotus Leadership Solutions, you will sign a contract, make an initial payment, and attend an onboarding meeting. During the onboarding meeting, we will review the contract, our company policies (to include the Blue Lotus Way™), plan the project kick-off event, and address any questions or concerns.

Blue Lotus Way™
This step will take time and follow the project plan we will create together. We will begin with a kickoff event and use our iterative process, The Blue Lotus Way™, to create solutions that deliver impact and value for your company.

Delivery
You will meet with Blue Lotus Leadership Solutions to review your project and its outcomes during this step. Once you approve the project’s deliverables, we will transfer them to you for maintenance and ongoing use. This step formally concludes the project.

Feedback
Throughout the project, you will be asked to provide feedback. At the end of the project, you will be asked to complete an automated survey and leave a review of your Blue Lotus experience. We appreciate all the feedback our clients provide regarding their experiences. It’s one of the ways we continue to improve and provide our clients with the best possible experience.
