Founder & Senior HR Consultant

Nicholl Dial is a senior certified human resource leader with over 25 years’ experience and success translating business ideas into actionable and sustainable people strategies. She has led small and large teams as a USAF officer and HR consultant where she designed smart human capital objectives, simplified HR processes, progressed executive teams/boards, and stopped ineffective practices that resulted in reduced turnover and increased productivity. 

Nicholl has combined her passion for people and dedication to service to found Blue Lotus Leadership Solutions, a consultancy on a mission to help organizations plan and execute “people” strategies that inspire workforces to be bold and think creatively about organizational needs.
